Job Summary

Experienced in full-cycle recruiting, the full-time remote Recruiter will manage the recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance, partner with hiring managers to develop effective strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while leveraging technology and data to enhance hiring practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers and regional leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple regions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a multi-location or fast-paced environment
• Proven success in managing multiple concurrent requisitions and meeting hiring goals
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
