Recruiter with DoD Clearance
Job Summary
To support hiring across the Facilities Group, the full-time remote Recruiter with DoD Clearance will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating offers and acceptance, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, and professional positions
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and establish sourcing approaches
- Source and proactively identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or specialized positions
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a DoD Secret-level security clearance
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
