Job Summary
To support recruitment efforts, the full-time salaried Recruiting and Talent Specialist will attract and assess candidates for various positions, manage the recruitment process, and collaborate with HR Specialists while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and implements all phases of the recruitment process for open positions
- Builds a talent pipeline and manages relationships with candidates
- Collaborates with department managers to evaluate needs and assess potential candidates
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Recruiting
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and related employment laws
- Proficient with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking software
- Familiarity with social media platforms for candidate sourcing
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
