Job Summary
To support healthcare staffing needs, the full-time Recruiting Consultant will independently develop recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals while working remotely on a temporary contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Plans and implements recruitment strategies to identify talented healthcare professionals
- Communicates assignment details to field staff to minimize cancellations and resolves employment issues
- Negotiates contract terms and places qualified candidates with clients nationally
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service or sales experience
- Preferred two or four-year degree in business or a sales-related field
- Strong knowledge of job boards and social media
- Experience in the healthcare or staffing environment is preferred
