Recruiting Consultant

Job Summary

To manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business areas, the remote Recruiting Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the recruitment process, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer acceptance
• Consult with hiring managers to establish hiring criteria and develop engaging job postings
• Create and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to organizational needs and market conditions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions with varying complexity
• Strong consultation and relationship-management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and develop innovative talent attraction strategies
