Recruiting Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of 7-10 recruiters, the full-time Recruiting Manager will drive performance and accountability in a high-volume legal staffing environment, focusing on sourcing, negotiating, and closing attorney placements while ensuring team members meet production and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily performance of a team of recruiters, conducting stand-ups and performance reviews
- Drive production and track KPIs related to placements, coverage, and margin adherence
- Oversee full-cycle attorney recruiting and coach the team on effective sourcing and closing techniques
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of meeting aggressive production targets and improving recruiter performance
- Strong understanding of staffing metrics and experience using KPIs and reporting tools
- Hands-on recruiting experience with proficiency in ATS/CRM and sourcing tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
