Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager, the remote position will lead talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sourcing, recruiting operations, and team leadership while building a scalable recruitment strategy for clinical and technology roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and model best-in-class sourcing strategies for product, technology, and clinical talent
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and leveraging data for continuous improvement
• Build and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 3-5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing startup
• Proven sourcing expertise with a strong record of generating candidates through outbound and passive channels
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence messaging for various stakeholders
• Proficiency in using recruiting data to drive decisions and improve processes
• Experience in designing recruiting processes in a high-growth, remote-first environment
