Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of recruiting experience or 12+ years of related recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience managing customer relationships and team dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve hiring outcomes
- Proven experience in building effective partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Experience utilizing recruiting data and analytics for decision-making
