Job Summary
Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the driver recruiting process, the fully remote Recruiting Operations Analyst will manage daily applicant record reviews, follow up on recruitment steps, and prepare reports for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review applicant records daily to ensure accuracy and timely progression through the hiring process
- Follow up with recruiters on applicants who have not moved forward and report any discrepancies in records
- Prepare and send daily and weekly reports on applicant follow-ups and recruiting progress
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, operations, data entry, or a similar role
- Familiarity with a CRM or applicant tracking system, and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Coursework or training in business, data, or operations is required
- Experience in trucking or logistics is a plus
