Recruiting Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the recruiting systems and processes, the full-time Recruiting Operations Manager will design and implement scalable hiring workflows, manage data integrity, and integrate AI solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, working either onsite in NYC or SF or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage the recruiting tech stack, ensuring efficient workflows and automation
• Build and enforce data hygiene standards, providing actionable recruiting analytics for decision-making
• Run experiments to improve hiring processes and lead initiatives that enhance the candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in recruiting operations or a related role with experience in scaling functions at high-growth companies
• Hands-on expertise with ATS systems, particularly in administration and workflow building
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and using SQL and BI tools
• Proven track record of transforming manual processes into scalable workflows
• Experience implementing AI-powered recruiting automation and collaborating with cross-functional teams
