Recruiting Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and daily operations of recruiting systems, the full-time remote Recruiting Operations & Enablement Manager will manage the recruiting tech stack, build scalable processes, and partner with teams to enhance the hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration and smooth operation of ATS and scheduling tools across the recruiting organization
• Develop and document repeatable processes to support increased headcount and hiring volume
• Ensure data hygiene and accurate reporting within recruiting systems, providing reliable dashboards for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including systems administration and process design
• 2+ years of experience managing teams or leading cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting/scheduling tools
• Experience in building KPIs and dashboards to drive data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
