Recruiting Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the systems and processes that drive recruiting operations, the full-time remote Recruiting Operations & Enablement Manager will manage the recruiting tech stack, build scalable processes, and partner with teams to enhance the hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy and daily operations of recruiting systems, ensuring smooth configuration and adoption
• Develop and document repeatable processes to support scaling headcount and hiring volume
• Maintain data hygiene and reporting across recruiting systems, ensuring accurate records and trustworthy dashboards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations with hands-on experience in systems administration and process design
• 2+ years of experience managing teams or leading cross-functional workstreams
• Strong command of ATS platforms and recruiting/scheduling tools
• Data-driven approach to program management, including experience building KPIs and dashboards
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
