Job Summary
Leading a centralized onboarding and analytics team, the full-time remote Recruiting Operations Manager will oversee operations for 12,000 to 16,000 candidates, drive continuous improvement through data insights, and foster a high-performing team culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the onboarding process, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and compliance
- Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for operational efficiency
- Coach and develop a team, promoting engagement and professional growth while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Five plus (5+) years of professional experience
- Two plus (2+) years of people leadership experience in recruiting operations or related fields
- Experience developing reports and dashboards that support operational decision-making
- Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and complex formulas
