Recruiting Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Contract Recruiting Operations Specialist will manage candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, and stakeholder management while ensuring a smooth hiring process from outreach to offer acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and proactively identify potential candidates through various sourcing strategies
• Manage recruiting workflows, including candidate communications, interview coordination, and maintaining accurate ATS data
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and follow up on outstanding actions to keep the recruiting process moving efficiently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a similar role
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); familiarity with Rippling is a plus
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and senior leaders
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment with full-cycle recruiting experience
