Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions, the full-time Recruiting Solutions Lead will source, screen, interview, and transition qualified candidates into training classes while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for customer service and operational positions, maintaining candidate pipelines to meet hiring needs
• Evaluate candidates against job requirements and ensure consistent interview practices and documentation
• Monitor recruiting performance and identify opportunities for improving candidate conversion and hiring outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in BPO, contact center, or customer-service recruiting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a large candidate pipeline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking/recruiting technology
• Ability to prioritize rapidly changing hiring requirements in a deadline-driven environment
