Recruiting Sourcer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Recruiting Sourcer will identify and engage exceptional talent for technical and business positions while managing candidate pipelines and collaborating with the recruiting team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Proactively engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels and maintain organized talent pipelines in Greenhouse
• Manage relationships with external recruiters and assist with interview scheduling and other recruiting administrative tasks

Required qualifications

• Prior recruiting or sourcing experience is preferred, with valuable experience in recruiting coordination or customer service
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Available for a six-month contract with potential for extension based on performance
