Recruiting Sourcer

Job Summary

To support the growth of a fast-paced startup, the full-time remote Recruiting Sourcer will build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct market research, and engage with candidates to enhance the recruiting process.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple business functions using various sourcing channels
• Conduct market mapping and competitive research to identify high-quality passive talent
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and ensure a seamless candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition roles
• Strong interest in recruiting and building relationships with candidates
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• Curious, resourceful, and motivated to learn modern sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices
