Recruiting Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, the remote Executive Search Recruiting/Sourcing Specialist will manage collaboration with stakeholders, craft job descriptions, and assist in screening and interviewing candidates on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiting stakeholders on processes and procedures
• Create requisitions in the applicant tracking system and assist in screening applications
• Schedule and conduct phone interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Pro-active approach and a high level of ownership
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
