Job Summary
To support a growing clinical recruitment team, the full-time Recruiting Specialist will build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates through strategic sourcing initiatives, leveraging various channels in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Execute sourcing strategies to maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates at the top of the recruitment funnel
- Manage job postings and sourcing campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage candidates professionally
- Strong attention to detail and organization
