Recruitment Associate

Job Summary

To support high-impact nonprofits, particularly in AI safety and governance, the full-time Recruitment Associate will manage recruitment operations, including designing processes, conducting candidate sourcing, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, all in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve recruitment processes and templates while collaborating with hiring managers
• Conduct candidate sourcing and early-stage evaluations to build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Manage candidate communications and track hiring progress across applicant tracking systems

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening
• Strong organizational skills with experience using recruitment tools and ATS platforms
• Enthusiasm for adopting innovative recruitment technologies and improving processes
• Interest in nonprofit or mission-driven recruitment, particularly in AI/ML fields
