Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant, the full-time remote role will manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to advising clients and maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment, initial phone screens, and facilitating interviews
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including market research and passive sourcing
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance goals
• Demonstrated ability to execute recruitment strategies and effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
