Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruitment team, the full-time remote Recruitment Consultant will manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to consulting with clients on final selections and maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment, initial phone screens, and interview facilitation
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and compensation while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting recruitment goals

Required qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and achieving performance goals
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with applicant tracking systems and social media
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and communicate effectively with clients and candidates
• Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
