Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant, the full-time remote position will manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to consulting with hiring managers and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment, initial phone screens, and facilitating interviews
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates while anticipating client needs and preferences
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates

• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with applicant tracking systems and social media
