Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant, the full-time remote position will manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process by identifying candidates, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating interviews
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance expectations
• Experience with recruitment strategies, including RPO and client relationship management
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including MS Office and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities
