Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

To deliver exceptional recruitment services, the full-time remote Recruitment Consultant will manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while building strong client relationships and achieving hiring goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process by identifying and assessing candidates, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including market research and passive sourcing
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance expectations
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and articulate client relationships effectively
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with applicant tracking systems and social media
• Strong time prioritization skills and adaptability to changing priorities
