Job Summary
To manage the recruitment life cycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, the full-time remote Recruitment Consultant will focus on bulk recruitment strategies, headhunting top talent, and building influential candidate relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications to identify suitable candidates
- Coordinate and conduct interviews while liaising with candidates throughout the process
- Utilize the company recruitment platform to manage relationships and report on daily activities
Required qualifications
- Bulk recruitment experience
- ESL teaching or TEFL experience preferred
- Expertise in interviewing and headhunting
- C1 level proficiency in English
- Familiarity with Office 365, MS Teams, and the Workable recruitment platform
