Recruitment Consultant (Contract)

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the full-time Recruitment Consultant will manage operations to attract and select a diverse range of qualified talent for the organization overseeing data centers, ensuring a strong candidate experience and collaboration with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to draft detailed job descriptions and recruitment criteria
• Manage job postings and promote open positions across various platforms
• Organize interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience required
• Previous recruitment experience in telecommunications or data center sectors is a plus
• Experience in high-volume recruitment for operational roles is advantageous
• At least five years of experience managing all stages of the recruitment and hiring process is highly valued
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with experience in Lever as a plus
