Job Summary
To support NORY's growth, the part-time remote Recruitment Specialist will source passive candidates, manage inbound applications, and conduct initial screenings while partnering with hiring managers across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Source passive candidates through tailored outreach and convert them into applicants
- Manage inbound applications and ensure candidates progress within 48 hours
- Run first-round screens using a structured interview rubric and track recruiting metrics weekly
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing passive candidates
- Proficiency in modern ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated ability to write effective outreach that generates responses
- Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient candidate management
- Honesty about candidate quality, prioritizing fit over quantity
