To support NORY's growth, the part-time remote Recruitment Specialist will source passive candidates, manage inbound applications, and conduct first-round interviews while collaborating with hiring managers across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Source passive candidates through tailored outreach and convert them into applicants
- Manage inbound applications and ensure candidate progression within 48 hours
- Conduct first-round screening interviews using structured rubrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing passive candidates
- Proficiency in at least one modern ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to write compelling outreach messages that elicit responses
- Strong organizational skills to maintain candidate tracking and metrics
- Honesty in assessing candidate quality and fit
