Job Summary
Dedicated to enhancing donor engagement, the full-time Recurring Giving Specialist will manage and optimize recurring giving strategies while cultivating relationships with donors in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and strengthen the recurring giving program through targeted strategies
- Ensure donor retention and stewardship, including recovery of failed payments
- Analyze data and report on fundraising effectiveness to inform future campaigns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to work with donor data and develop actionable strategies
- Strong Excel knowledge and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
