Red Team Course Creator

Job Summary

To enhance the red team training portfolio, the fully remote Red Team Course Creator will design and produce new training content, update existing courses, and engage with the community through various platforms on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce new red team training content for on-demand and live formats
• Update or overhaul existing courses, labs, or certifications to ensure relevance
• Create engaging livestreams and videos showcasing offensive security expertise

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in red team operations, penetration testing, or adversary simulation
• 1+ year of teaching or training experience (modality-agnostic) preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory exploitation, advanced web exploitation, and privilege escalation
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week and attend weekly meetings during US business hours
• Comfort with remote work and collaboration
