Reengineering Program Director

Job Summary

Driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational performance, the full-time remote Reengineering Program Director will lead enterprise reengineering efforts from opportunity assessment through implementation, focusing on financial outcomes and customer experience while coordinating across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise reengineering roadmap, leading prioritized initiatives and managing budgets, resources, and delivery performance
• Develop business cases and ROI models to align initiatives with measurable outcomes while conducting post-implementation reviews
• Assess current operations and lead process redesign and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and customer experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, or program leadership
• Demonstrated success in leading complex transformation initiatives through influence without direct authority
• Experience developing business cases and financial models, along with technology-enabled transformation oversight
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant professional certification
