Referral and Registration Representative

Job Summary

Providing essential referral and registration services, the part-time Referral and Registration Representative will manage inbound physician referral calls, facilitate appointments, and process registrations for hospital seminars while working remotely from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains accurate records within a shared database
• Processes inbound calls for physician referrals and facilitates appointment scheduling
• Handles registrations for hospital seminars, screenings, and educational classes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance navigation preferred
• Call/contact center experience is a plus
