Job Summary

To support the efficient operations of patient healthcare services, the full-time Referral Coordinator will expedite administrative requirements for patient referrals, serve as a resource on insurance plan guidelines, and utilize independent decision-making skills in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Expedite administrative requirements and logistics for patient referrals
• Act as a resource for referrals and insurance plan guidelines
• Utilize independent decision-making and strong interpersonal skills in all interactions

Required qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in a medical setting or insurance company
• Experience in managed care desired
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding preferred
