Job Summary

Overseeing a team of outpatient referral coordinators, the full-time Referral Coordinator will manage incoming referrals and orders, ensure accuracy in processing, and collaborate with staff to enhance customer satisfaction in a telecommuting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support outpatient referral coordinators to ensure high satisfaction levels with referring providers and patients
• Process incoming referrals and orders, reviewing for accuracy and attaching necessary medical records
• Develop training materials and participate in educational programs to enhance skills and improve referral processing practices
