To support a growing digital sleep clinic, the fully remote Referral Coordinator will manage incoming referrals, ensure accurate processing in systems, and provide empathetic patient communication while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Receive and process all incoming referrals, ensuring completeness and accuracy in documentation
- Communicate with patients to explain next steps and schedule appointments, following up as needed
- Execute structured workflows and document every patient interaction with precision and attention to detail
Required qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of referral coordinator experience
- Experience in healthcare or startup environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Experience with VOIP calling tools such as Aircall or 8x8
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
