Regional Asset Manager
Job Summary
To ensure effective execution of device lifecycle management services, the full-time Regional Asset Manager will oversee procurement, deployment, and recovery operations for IT devices in a hybrid work environment, while maintaining alignment with global strategies and performance metrics.
Key responsibilities:
- Forecast regional device demand and manage scheduling of deployments in alignment with global plans
- Coordinate procurement operations and maintain inventory to meet new hire and break-fix needs within service level agreements
- Monitor regional performance against service level agreements and provide regular reports and metrics to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in operational planning and stakeholder management
- 6+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain coordination and asset management
- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery
- Strong project management skills for coordinating large-scale deployments
- Proficiency with IT service management tools, particularly ServiceNow
