Regional Associate
Job Summary
To support a growing marketplace, the full-time Regional Associate will analyze listing optimization opportunities, engage with Hosts through various communication channels, and utilize data to enhance Client listings remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze performance trends across high-potential Host accounts to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement
- Engage with Hosts via calls, video meetings, and emails to educate them on optimization strategies
- Document interactions and track progress toward quarterly goals using Salesforce and other tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or expected within the next 6 months
- Fluency in Portuguese; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau)
- Experience with customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large portfolio
