Analyzing listing optimization opportunities, the full-time Regional Associate will utilize data to enhance host accounts and provide insights remotely over a temporary period of seven months.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and action data-driven opportunities for host accounts to attract more bookings
- Engage with hosts through calls, video meetings, and emails, maintaining consistent follow-up across channels
- Document interactions and track progress toward quarterly goals using Salesforce and other tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or expected within the next 6 months
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and call-intelligence tools like Gong
- Experience with spreadsheets and dashboards, particularly Google Sheets and Tableau
- Interest in travel, short-term rentals, or marketplaces
- Comfort with data analysis and presenting insights clearly
