Regional Associate - Growth
Job Summary
To support growth initiatives, the full-time Regional Associate - Growth will analyze data to identify optimization opportunities for client listings, engage with hosts through various communication channels, and maintain documentation in CRM tools while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze listing optimization opportunities and performance trends to drive data-driven decisions for hosts
- Engage with hosts via calls, video meetings, and emails to provide insights and support
- Document interactions and track progress toward quarterly goals using Salesforce and other tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or expected within the next 6 months
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and call-intelligence tools like Gong
- Experience with spreadsheets and dashboards, specifically Google Sheets and Tableau
- Interest in travel, short-term rentals, or marketplaces
- Previous internships or experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus
