Regional Church Engagement Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Regional Director of Church Engagement, the candidate will manage relationships with 150-250 key church partners, effectively communicate the mission of the organization, and ensure partners feel valued and engaged through personalized ministry reports.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key church partners to align with the organization's mission
• Communicate the impact and strategies of the organization to current and prospective church partners
• Provide personalized reports and updates to church partners, showcasing the value of their contributions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of donor development experience or equivalent education and experience
• Self-starter with a disciplined approach to relationship management
• Proven ability to establish and build key relationships
• Experience using databases to support fundraising activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to analyze donor portfolios using spreadsheets
