Regional Claims Director
Job Summary
Providing technical and strategic leadership, the full-time Regional Claims Director will manage construction claims, offer consulting on professional liability, and collaborate with regional teams to enhance client services across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of designated construction clients as the primary Claim Consultant
- Provide senior-level claim advocacy and consulting on professional liability claims and coverage disputes
- Support regional leadership in new business opportunities and technical sales efforts
Required qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of construction general liability and professional liability coverage/claims
- Understanding of construction-specific contractual risk allocation
- Knowledge of builder's risk and/or subcontractor default insurance is a plus
- Insurance brokerage experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
