Regional Contract Manager

Job Summary

Managing performance targets and financial models, the full-time Regional Contract Manager will negotiate provider contracts, build competitive networks, and educate accounts on compliance while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage performance target setting and reporting related to provider network contracting
• Negotiate provider contracts and ensure balanced network composition
• Host Joint Operating Committee meetings and collaborate across departments to deliver solutions

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a network management-related role with accountability for business results
• Experience with client-facing responsibilities, including issue resolution and contract negotiations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Intermediate knowledge of claims processing systems and guidelines
• Understanding of network adequacy analytics and prioritization based on data
