Job Summary
To support device lifecycle management in the Americas region, the full-time Regional Device Lifecycle Lead will manage procurement, deployment, and recovery of devices while ensuring alignment with global strategies in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast regional device demand and manage scheduling of deployments in alignment with global plans
- Oversee procurement operations, ensuring timely orders and maintaining buffer stock for new hires and repairs
- Monitor regional performance against service level agreements and provide regular reports on metrics and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in operational planning
- 6+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain coordination
- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery
- 8+ years of experience in stakeholder management
- 6+ years of experience in asset management
