Regional Director Network Contracting

Job Summary

Leading a team of Provider Relations Advocates, the full-time Regional Director Network Contracting will enhance provider experiences and oversee network initiatives across the Central Region, working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and accountability for the performance of Contract Managers and senior staff
• Develop and guide competitive, broad access networks that meet adequacy standards and client expectations
• Evaluate contract performance and develop strategies for new products and recruitment initiatives to meet network standards

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience in network contract management with complex provider contracts
• 5+ years of experience in product pricing and financial modeling for rate decisions
• 5+ years of experience managing a medical cost and administrative budget
• 5+ years of experience with Group, Agency, and Facility contracting and contract strategy
• Proficiency in Sales Force and Excel
