Regional Director of Church Engagement

Job Summary

To support the Donor Ministries team, the full-time Regional Director of Church Engagement will build and maintain relationships with 150-250 key church partners, effectively communicate the ministry's mission, and ensure partners feel valued and engaged, all while working remotely from select states in the southeastern United States.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the ministry to current and prospective church partners, communicating its mission and impact
• Build and maintain a portfolio of key church partners, fostering trust and engagement
• Provide personalized ministry reports to church partners, showcasing the impact of their contributions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of donor development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Self-starter with a disciplined approach to work
• Proven ability to establish and build key relationships
• Experience using databases to support fundraising activities
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with spreadsheet proficiency for analyzing donor portfolios
