Job Summary
To lead and grow the West region, the full-time Regional Director of Cybersecurity will build, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives while driving execution on strategic enterprise deals and ensuring regional performance metrics are met.
Key responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Own regional performance, including pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate regional growth and drive accountability
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams
- Strong experience in selling complex cybersecurity solutions through long sales cycles
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching and driving execution
- Excellent forecasting and pipeline management skills
