Regional Engineering Director

Job Summary

Leading engineering operations across a diverse regional portfolio, the full-time Regional Engineering Director will ensure properties operate safely and efficiently while driving operational excellence and collaborating with property management teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engineering operations across multiple properties, ensuring reliable building performance and service delivery
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and engineering best practices across all assigned sites
• Manage regional engineering budgets, capital expenditure planning, and vendor relationships while identifying opportunities for cost savings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive engineering or facilities management experience, including leadership responsibility across multiple sites
• Strong technical expertise in commercial building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety
• Demonstrated experience managing preventive maintenance programs and capital projects within complex environments
• Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance
