Overseeing the operations and financial performance of Wind Services, the full-time Regional Executive Service Leader will manage service directors, hub managers, and a workforce of over 800 technicians across 200 sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and achievement of financial and service-level targets in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership for Wind Services operations, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost management
- Act as the primary operational escalation point for key customers and manage relationships with major third-party suppliers
- Drive the rollout of Salesforce and improve field productivity to stabilize and scale operational processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial, services, or similar customer-facing roles
