Job Summary

Collaborating closely with the VP of Construction, the full-time Regional General Manager will oversee the Builder Training Program, manage construction managers, and source vendors for construction initiatives while working remotely in Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction managers in the region, focusing on fee building and warranty compliance
• Source vendors for vertical construction estimating and purchasing initiatives
• Recommend and implement process improvements related to departmental initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of industry or related management experience
• Competency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software suite
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
